BY REQUEST studio album …
This album was put together in 2013; the songs chosen were amongst those most frequently requested by fans and friends when I was performing out and about at the time, hence the title. There are a variety of styles from laid back to downright angry – there’s even a full on love song in there. Most are covers, my interpretations of other people’s songs; the one original – yes, folks, a genuine Karen J White original - has proven highly popular with the Jazz fraternity, to my surprise! I hope you enjoy them all.

By Request is a full studio production – produced under the auspices of the brilliant Mr. Nigel Pegrum at Pegasus Studios (Pegasus Studios) whose experience and flair helped me turn eleven songs into eleven amazing tracks. The songs were chosen from the list of those I am regularly requested to perform, so they are songs you will often hear me sing out and about.
I hope you enjoy the sample clips below and that you like them enough to support independant artists like me and either order actual album CDs direct from me (link) or download them from my online download

ABOUT the album and tracks …
Albums are available as an audio CD and as an digital download (MP3 & WAV formats);
As an independent label I take care of all sales for audio CDs myself;
For distributing download albums and tracks I use Nimbit Music (my download shop);
All of my published music is duly licensed with the appropriate body (AMCOS/APRA, PRS, etc.) meaning all due royalties have been paid and properly distributed.

BUYING your personal copy of my music …
All of the music I produce is properly licensed so that those who've done the original work are fairly paid, as they should be. I make my recorded music available to buy both in hard copy form (CD) and in WAV & MP3 digital
format (download). Most of what you pay covers royalties and production costs. Without people buying copies of my recorded music, as with all musicians who record music, recording will cease. So not only does
it help my ego when people buy my recorded music but it helps me continue to create further recordings!
To help keep my operating costs down I use PayPal as my payment merchant and the added bonus of doing so enables me to sell in multiple currencies and ensure maximun online payment security. Importantly buyers using PayPal
do not have to have a PayPal account and PayPal accepts most major credit cards in most currencies. Similarly I use NimbitMusic, who also use PayPal, for my online download store. Transactions via PayPay will show on
